Groveland Community Services District (GCSD) owns and operates a wastewater collection and treatment system that provides service in southern Tuolumne County, located in the central Sierra Nevada Mountains. Specifically, the communities being serviced include Groveland, Big Oak Flat, and Pine Mountain Lake (PML). GCSD has selected RBF Consulting to assist in performing a study of the septic systems and water quality in the area.
