Geoffrey Paulsen

Bio:
I spent the first 32 years of my life on a ranch above Palo Alto with 16 cousins and various aunts and uncles. Janine, my wife of 48 years and I had four children in 3 1/2 years, and I now have a home in Cupertino where I have to spend time and a home in Pine Mountain Lake where I love to spend time.
I have a BS in natural resources from Cal Poly Humboldt and a masters in public administration from the University of San Francisco.
I am a strong believer in public service, and have worked as a park ranger (where I managed prescribed burns), and have managed government programs in emergency services, safety, risk management, and public health.
I've served on a variety of committees, boards, and commissions. I'm active in the Gateway Community Church in Groveland. I enjoy hiking, bicycling, kayaking, growing trees and telling stories.
