In an effort to help mitigate the potential for large delinquencies and liens, the District will be sending you a copy of your tenant’s monthly statement every month going forward. This will allow you as the property owner to track your property’s account standing. You will also be notified monthly via an automated courtesy call, of any past due balances currently on the account. If you wish not to receive the account statement or courtesy calls, please complete and submit the Withdraw from Tenant Notification form below.
