Full Production Hardrock Groundwater Well (Rebid) Project
Project Description:
The project includes the installation of a submersible multistage groundwater well pump with appurtenances, chemical dosing equipment, fiberglass enclosure and concrete foundation. The well pump will be installed in the well casing drilled, installed and tested for production and water quality in 2024. This new water source is intended to supplement the existing water supply and serve as an isolated water source for Big Oak Flat in the event of an emergency or major drought that restricts our Hetch Hetchy supply.

Four part project includes: AWS Pipeline Relocation, AWS Treatment Plant Relocation, Hardrock Groundwater Well, and Tank & Pipeline Project.
